It is false and irrelevant. The whole chart is estimations. He, himself, said the chart is based off a sales and airplay formula. US & Canada are the only countries in the world with airplay data published daily/weekly for public. Less than 5 countries actually give the sales of their top-selling singles on a weekly basis. Therefore, the 'world chart' is based off estimations and guesses for 90%+ of the countries.

There is a reason why Billboard, IFPI, Official Charts (UK) nor anybody in the industry has actually used it as a source and it's Facebook doesn't even have 3.5K likes. It's literally unknown/not used outside the ATRL.netsphere.

& yes, the creator and site runner is a delusional Madonna stan.

Gorl, it was #1 on iTunes for like 4-5 seconds. We've seen Taylor songs, FSoG songs, Ed Sheeran songs, Madonna songs, etc pass it time and time again. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but that's bad for Rih. This is her LEAD single.
