I'm saying this for my case too.

I feel like I changed too many times and it would have been fairer if I had only been allowed to change once or twice.

I'm trying to make it more rewarding for everyone in the long run.

Ngl, I thought the season was okay(not great but still underrated) until this boot. It literally just ruined the rest of the season for me.

OMFG at the title being edited to say draft teams are out... please tell me that we still have time to pick a draft team, I've been waiting until Corinne's RHAP to even take a look at the contestants....

Last season we had until the premiere date to pick, is it the same this time?

Yeah, Fiji was a suck season, but the existence of LisiGoddess and the Four Horsemen managed to lift it above some of the true awful ones like Thailand, I think.

I honestly don't understand how anyone who enjoys Survivor could dislike any of the seasons. Other than maybe Caramoan and Redemption Island, I've found something enjoyable about every season.

Different strokes for different folks I suppose.

I have watched 28 of 29 seasons. The one I haven't watched is Thailand, and I'm planning to watch it today. I started my journey to rewatch all of the seasons chronologically, I started from the first, and I just finished Marquesas, I decided I will rank seasons after every rewatch. These are my personal opinions, so feel free to disagree.
1. Marquesas
- Definitely the best out of the 4. It took strategy to the whole another level. I don't know why it faded to oblivion among casual fans. This is by far the season that I enjoyed the most out of the first 4, and upon rewatching, I couldn't stop. It's not the same with Africa wherein I had to take a break after each episodes. Plus Queen V's win is very well deserved. She actually originated Sandra's strategy: "Anyone but me", except she's also a challenge threat that's why it's unfortunate she never came back, she could also win this game twice. People I would like to see get another chance/return: Gina, John, Tammy, Sean, Kathy and to an extent Neleh.

2. Australian Outback
- All I can say is that this is a very remarkable and entertaining season. The scenery alone makes for a very good TV, plus all the characters delivered. I liked that Tina won, the editors did not do her well in the editing department but she still kicked butt the whole way through. Returnees I want to see: Debb (for redemption purposes, if she pulls a Franny though ), Jeff, Elizabeth (obviously will not happen), and to an extent Kimmi.

3. Africa
- The season is dry as **** but it still has a great string of episodes starting from the swap to Kelly's boot. Plus it has Lindsey whom I found to be really entertaining despite being a bitch. I also hated Lex' gut. Lastly, for comedic purposes, it has a lot of funny scenes: Tom's confessionals, Frank/Brandon's movie date, Lindsey's tick in the butt, etc). Returnees I want: Silas (give him a chance, he probably matured now plus he looks good, that's a plus to the audience), Kelly (very snarky and fierce), Teresa, Kim Powers and hopefully Ethan (he was a Survivor of cancer, if he can do this game to a third time, he will do well I guess).

1. Borneo
- I am a firm believer that just because, you are the first, it does not mean that you are supposed to be the best. I enjoyed this season tremendously due to interactions and the survival aspect of it, but when it comes to strategy, it is cut and dry. There's a reason why there's 28 more seasons after this. I would like to see Greg return because he's hilarious. And if there's a chance Gretchen and Colleen.

That's all guys!

I'm going for Thailand next.

When I say dislike, I typically mean going through the whole thing being displeased and thinking "OMG this is entirely subpar!" and not ever wanting to rewatch it, not so much finding it not worth watching.

The only season I started and never finished was Tocantins because I COULD NOT deal with Coach and what a kuntwot he was and how much airtime he was getting.

And honestly, editing makes all the difference in more recent seasons. Samoa wasn't even a season so much as it was The Russell Show, and THAT is the kind of thing you never want to revisit.

Compare that to something like China or Micronesia or Marquesas, and you'll find there's a very real discrepancy between seasons when it comes to quality.

I've only seen 2 and 4 out of those so I'll only comment on those. I agree that Marquesas is classic, however, I can't really tell if I feel like that because I feel attached to it because it is the first season I ever saw or if it was truly outstanding. I loved how Neleh and Pasqual were able to overthrow an entire alliance, that made for AMAZING television for someone new to the show, let me tell you. And then to top it off with the ICONIC Purple Rock fiasco, the reverberations of which would echo throughout Survivor's gameplay to this very day.... I can't even. Add to that little moments like Maraamu's Morning Radio Show, Gabe's Hippie ****ery, and the Saga of Neleh and the Mint, and you have Survivor gold.

Australia was also great, Debb and her RAWKS, Jerri being awesome, Alicia vs. Kimmi and the Chickens. "I will ALWAYS wave my finger in your face!"

I need to watch Seasons 1 and 3, I think they, along with the latter half of Tocantins, may be the only seasons I have yet to see.

I don't know if I could sway you about Tocantins and about Coach, but you should definitely give it a chance, if not now then in the future. If you happen to do so, just put to your mind that Coach is not a strong player strategy wise but instead look out for Coach's funny scenes, he has a lot throughout the seasons, his delusions alone will crack you up. Instead of being annoyed laugh it all off. Both him and Tyson are TV gold (they are funny, the reason they were brought back a lot). The only thing that threw me off of Tocantins is the Sierra bullying. Other than that, it is a great season with a lot of funny characters: Taj, Erin, Debbie, Coach and Tyson. This five will make you crack up all the way to the end.

I agree with Samoa. Samoa is enjoyable only for the sole reason that in the end Russell will lose. What kind of sweet justice that was.

I don't think you are bias with Marquesas. It is by far the season that has the most impact out of the first four:

- It made players not to settle for 6th spot and overthrow an alliance.
- It made players avoid tie votes because it will result into drawing of rocks.

Plus yeah, it has the Maraamu's radio show which I really find to be one of most entertaining scenes in Survivor. The black No No's and in confessional Rob spelled them as N O N O as if there's other way you could spell that. Just plain hilarious, plus the reunion>>>>>>> any other.

I understand why anyone will be bored with Borneo, but if you watch it, just look at how the game evolved from that to now and how the production and Jeff Probst figured it all out: conshell at Tribal, immunity talisman (:funny , etc.

As for Africa, I suggest you watch Borneo then watch the season that you liked the most before you latch onto Africa, I don't think Borneo-Africa back to back rewatch combo is a good idea.

EDIT: Debb's RAWKS>>>>>>>>
If you watch Africa, watch out for the funny scenes: Samburu's talk about tampons, Teresa's mother Africa comments, Brandon's arrow shooting, the auction, etc.

Sorry to spoil you, but I think that the redeeming quality of Africa is how funny it is.

I agree with you about Marquesas.

After I watched I couldn't figure out why it's so underrated in the Survivor community. Vecepia is in the top 5 best winners imho.

Out of the first four winners, she definitely got an edge. Her strategy is to expose an alpha male and then stay away from it so that the focus is on them (Hunter and John). Plus her social skills are better than most the other winners considering that she came from a losing tribe. Lastly, her faith/Christianity played a big role. It may not be her strategy but out of all the castaways of the first seasons, her Christianity/faith alongside with Sean seems real and authentic (if you know what I'm saying). It definitely helped her.
