I can't say I'm happy. I was rooting for Taylor and Style, but I remember the day we got that 30 sec video snippet. I was not impressed with the song the way most of people on ATRL were. Remember those comments: "This is so going #1", "Song of the year", "Best song on 1989", "Instant smash" and I was like: "Are we really listening to the same song?". It lacks cohesiveness, the chorus seems out of place, the verses are way too good and completely overshadowing the chorus, and the song lacks controversy, so does the video. Bad Blood could be a better choice + How You Get the Girl for a summer single.

No lies spotted. When I first heard the leaked version of Style, I was very underwhelmed by the song. I didn't get the hype of the song at all. But it was growing on me and I am liking it a lot now. One of my most faves of 1989 actually. Pretty sad it looks like it's going to flop.

You can't say "If she performed the song more..." etc. Had she added Trouble to Spotify, we would be now having one more #1 single.

Taylor has the best relationship with her fans out of anybody. She's literally thanked them and cried happy tears because of them. She's said multiple times that she wouldn't be where she is today if it weren't for us. "But this is for the fans. I'm going on tour with Brad Paisley and this is coming with me to every single signing line of mine so you can get a picture of the award (sobs) that you won for me"
