Pretty hard to tell. Their solo careers are about even. Beyonce never really had anything as big as "Beautiful" but she has served much more consistency and CIL and SL, especially, have had great WW impact.
If this were 2006 I would've probably said Christina, but it's been almost 10 years since Christina has impacted anything but a feature on generic piano ballad so I'll go with Beyoncé.
