I kinda thought the same once he announced he was the executive producer. But Rih will make sure her vision the album is executed. Also, she said that any news regarding the album would come from HER, which makes me slow to believe him. I think he's just the co-executive producer alongside Rih.

I mean, if he said he executive produced the album, he did. Rih is also the executive producer of R8 if that's what you mean. Unapologetic was executive produced by Rih & Roc Nation, well for R8 it's gonna be Rih & Ye, I guess.

I'm ok with him Co-exec producing because his albums are always mostly cohesive, and forward thinking in production. That's the two things she really needs to bring on this album everything else will fall into place, and I'm sure she will be writing more this time around.
