Yes the Manga is slaying. But the anime isn't really getting good response. I mean the anime is probably going to end with the Antieku Raid or something similar which is the end of the Manga.
If it does get another season, it would have to be an anime original one for it to be coming soon since :re is barely on its 16th chapter. TG S1 covered 66 chapters in a very condensed way.
By the way leaks for the 17th chapter should be out this week. It's the first big arc of the sequel
and lots of old characters will be reintroduced I'm excited
& if :re does get animated, lots of changes would have to be made I think, cause him joining Aogiri and such. Which will probably cause even more hate so I'm not really seeing another season unless its like a reboot like FMA Brotherhood by another studio..
