TBH I feel like she has enough songs for 3 studio albums. Just wrap up this Sweden sessions and release a new EDM single for an EDM-driven album. Then once the cycle for this album is done, come back with the folk sounds immediately. At least we'll get continuous music supply from her hahaha

This is so true, she now has so much material ready for release on the long term so it's kind of exciting! I just hope she and her team choose the best (new ) lead single possible to avoid another CTS situation and to make people pay attention to her again hopefully.

I love how she talks about Belong, I really hope we can hear it too! Hilary has so many options now to release all the songs she recorded. I'm just praying we'll get to hear them all someday...

When do you guys think the new single is dropping? I'm guessing maybe late March so she can get more exposure with Younger + the new song, it'll help a little bit. Maybe we'll have the album by summer

Imo late March wouldn't be a perfect time to release a new single.
With all the promo she'll probably do for Younger she barely have time to promote new music.
Maybe she shoud release it mid April and the album in June and do a little Summer tour across the US.

Honestly, do you think she can handle a TV show, an album and a movie during the same period ?!
She couldn't even promote CTS while she had nothing else to do during summer !

I agree though that our fave is not the hardest working out there. I get that they exhausted her during her teenhood so I understand why she behaves like she does when it comes to her career... but I mean, how can one not care at all sometimes?! For the long term, she needs to work harder and more.
She definitely could have promoted CTS or the lead single AAY. Her Australian promo tour was perfect, why didn't she do the same in the US? It could have saved the single... I still have faith in it tbh, it could be a sleeper hit idk (I can dream)

I agree that H can be lazy as **** most of the time. Here's hoping that RCA is gonna put some more pressure on her this time around, since they are obviously invested in her, considering they just sent her to Sweden for six days.

I do love her renewed interest in both sides of her career though. It's nice to know she still has a passion for acting AND singing. For the longest time, you couldn't tell...

But I just want her to do either a small budget indie film that takes three-four weeks to film, or a supporting role in a mainstream film where she only needs to be on set for two-three weeks. Nothing too major. Just miss her on the big screen.
