Okay so I've had my meltdowns and I'm still mad over this ****ing injustice but have we discussed where Bey is going after this? I feel like theres two roads here:
1. Really commercial, lots of promotion, not necessarily as sexual, IASF in nature with lots of singles success, Bey is playing the game.
2. Left-field again, she eschews norms and conventions even more and delivers her straight up rap album. It's not /meant/ to be a big commercial era though if the singles are played right it could be on both fronts. Beyoncé directly addresses the AOTY loss in one of the songs.

She has the whole year to make the album.like she has nothing else to do besides maybe get pregnant.but if that doesn't happen I think a 2015 release will happen.anyway,the Jay & Bey album should be like this.

Bey isn't worried about winning AOTY. If they snubbed her once they'll snub her again.

She's only concerned with cementing her legacy with more impact and good performances. I hope she brings out Sasha next year that'd be awesome.

I don't think so, either. I think she probably shares the same sentiments with awards that she shares about hit records. It's a nice but it doesn't matter in the overall picture, to her. She's probably content and happy with people enjoying her music and is at peace when she knows she put forth effort for a quality body of work.
