She is usually genius when it comes to promo, why would she do this? It's the worst song & she didn't even sound very good. My Everything would have been a good choice since it's better and the title track but I'm legit not processing that that just happened. Girl 100% bye.

If she had actually performed JALBOYH well then it wouldn't have mattered what she sang. But she had some off moments which, for a vocalist of her skill level, is not very good. She's going to have to put her diva hat on if she expects to have her name be synonymous with legend in this industry. She's not performing to the best of her ability. Christina and Mariah were blowing people away at her age and they weren't covering their mouth at the end of their performances like OMG and being cutesy about it. She's got all the makings of a diva and she's not coming through like one. She needs to stop with the shy act and show what she's made of. I've had enough of this nonsense. Even her last tour she wasn't like this as much. Stop with the cutesy act! It's NOT you!
Seriously though, why the hell does nobody perform their current singles on the Grammys stage? Ariana could've performed OLT, Maroon 5 could've performed Sugar, Sam could've performed Lay Me Down, Hozier could've performed From Eden...so many missed opportunities

The vocals were neither here nor there, I was surprised at some of the notes. I think her voice is tired from all this promoting but I also don't think her team intends on letting her take one. She needs to take a rest & work on her vocals because her team is marketing her as the new Mariah but her belting is flat and she is constantly pitchy. Katy Perry could get away with this but the way her team hypes her up Ariana needs to deliver.
Did it seem like they filled in her lips ala Kylie Jenner to anyone? They seemed very full.
