Why is it that when Janet's sales are stated it's always some suspicious conspiracy, but not the same for her contemporaries? For example, I have yet to see a breakdown of Madonna selling 30 million of a Greatest Hits cd or the 25 million of True Blue or even the 20 million her fans claim for Ray of Light. Another example is Mariah. Where are the breakdowns of Daydream or Music Box? Despite its diamond certification, Daydream didn't even sell 10 million in the US, yet it's listed at 32 million worldwide
Unless someone provides a full breakdown of over 22 million outside of the US I call bs. Not trying to shade them cuz I'm fans of both, but I hate how people on here automatically question Janet's sales but accept the inflated messes of her contemporaries.
