Soundtrack is a selling word, the movie will sell this concept album, of course they'll call it a soundtrack and not an "album", the word "album" is never related to a movie, it's too vague for the GP.
In the strict sense of the word it's not a soundtrack.

Unapologetic, her most urban album, is also her only Grammy-winning album.
