Britney really hasn't released more than 4 singles from any one album, except when she does split singles..... so I think it's likely we'll get a 4th single delivered worldwide, or a split 4th single (with the US/North America getting 1, Europe/Asia the other).... just speculation, we might not even have a 4th single, we simply don't know at this point.
