After Teenage Dream it took her over a year to "live and make music". Does this mean we won't get new music until summer/fall 2016?
Last time she started the real work in Spring and the album was ready for Q4 (it was rushed though). If it's not good enough then better to wait but she should still try to aim for 2015.

She didn't start making music until spring, but she had to "live" for six months before. So after her tour ends in May she will need six months of "real life experiences", then start making music in November/December.

He most likely helped writing the track. Other than that, pop producers get writing credits just for the production or for adding little things, like Luke's camp producers will do a track and he comes, write a guitar riff onto it and get his name on the creditas and vice-versa.
