K-pop girl group 2NE1’s leader CL has added two more hit-makers to her list of collaborators, according to a report published on Monday by an American online media outlet.
CL is to collaborate with Swedish pop star Erik Hassle and Indian music producer Jake Troth, alongside the British band Florence + the Machine, which was reported to have joined CL last week for the recording of her upcoming American debut album.
Hassle is a singer-songwriter from Stockholm who has enjoyed success in Europe since his debut seven years ago. His hit singles include “Hurtful” and “Don’t Bring Flowers.”
Troth has produced music for the likes of Jennifer Lopez and Kelly Rowland.
As CL gears up for her American debut this spring, she is garnering attention from various music media including Billboard and MTV.
CL is reported to be in the U.S., working under the guidance of talent manager Scooter Braun, the brain behind the world star Psy’s American debut.[/QUOTE]
