Even though the design of the cover is bad, I do think that the photoshoot looks awesome judging from the picture used on it and the one in that box set picture. Looks really colorful.
Like being better than Stronger is a difficult accomplishment.
Stronger is a solid album though. It's better than most Pop girl albums and it got her a Grammy.
I do think PXP is going to be her most acclaimed album, though. I think Kelly's only gotten more and more respected in the industry as the years have gone by and she's more respected now than ever amongst critics. If HBS got good reviews and is the trash of the album (the way KC is paying it dust) then I expect the rest of the album to be very good. I'm hopeful.. and John Legend will only help. I'm really hoping that's the second single and it's a real smash. Then she can have a better shot for radio to eat her 3rd single up. The potential is still here for a good era.. we just need some ****ing promo.
Why does most of this base hate Stronger? It's solid.
They're flops. I think people disregard it because we heard more than half the album before it came out and it took half the fun out of it and the era. Don't let the gorls fool you, they were creaming themselves and praising it to the heavens when it leaked. The only exceptions were Einstein and MKIA, honestly. Those were huge disappointments for many, but Einstein much more so than MKIA.
