Try substituting the junk food you eat with more healthy/natural options. Like instead of regular Cheetos, buy Cheetos type chips that are made with natural ingredients. Instead of milk chocolate, eat natural dark chocolate. Instead of Soda, maybe buy a soda stream or those carbonated flavored waters. Instead of Pizza Hut, you can easily make your own pizzas at home. Etc etc.
If cost is an issue, tbh healthy options really only add on like $1-2. It sounds like a huge price jump in the moment, but think about the long term benefits if you actually get in better shape. Invest in yourself.

Cost is never an issue, it's really the effort. Getting junk food is super easy and it's more delicious too, even though I want a healthier lifestyle but the longest I've ever went without junk food was a whole month and and I craved junk food so much after that.
Making healthy food is hard and needs effort, and I'm kinda lazy when it comes to making food. I only want to cook healthy things is when I get a rare sudden feeling but that's it.
Plus, I always think to myself that it takes effort but junk food is quick and more delicious.

I am weak.

I'm literally waiting for a pizza delivery right now.

I guess I don't have to abandon junk food.
