RECAP
World touring from October.
There are upbeat songs on 'FROOT' but no "dance" songs - Forget, Blue, Better Than That (she guesses so).
She had control over how 'FROOT' was made.
She likes her level of recognition - means that she gets recognised when she's out and looking good, but means she can go out looking like shxt and buy loo roll.
'FROOT' was very difficult to write, as well as 'Happy' - it took a long time to write, and wrote the chorus three months after the verses.
Summing up her career in one word - messy (up until now).
'FROOT' was written that way because it looked better and less serious than 'Fruit'.
She probably wont re-do any unreleased songs. Writing to her is a way of documenting her life, not because of her contractual obligations (only if it was a killer song) as it would feel strange.
'Better Than That' musically is probably her favourite song, and 'Savages' is really important to her + 'Happy' + 'FROOT'.
'Froot of the Month' was done for us, and wanted to do something different. 'Electra Heart' made her feel more commercial and restrained and burned by this, which made her really fkxing tired.
She took her driving test at 28 years old, but her foot was having a spazm she was so nervous.
She manages all her social media (in a question asking about her Tumblr).
If it's the dead of night and if she can't sleep she'll go and stalk her twitter followers.
'FROOT' is probably her favourite album she's made.
'FROOT' was easier, but longer in terms of creating than 'Electra Heart'.
Marina doesn't have a dildų.
679 didn't renew their contract so hence why it no longer exists.
It was a conscious decision in not doing collabs on her albums, but she'd love to collab with people - Royksopp being one.
SHE HAS DONE A COLLAB RECENTLY WITH SOMEONE WHICH WE'LL FIND OUT ABOUT SOON.
There will be another FAQin' hell.
Best is yet to come.
