Body Rock is the only one that hasn't grown on me. It's too gay disco anthem for me rn. I like it better than on the first listen tho and I don't skip it.

My top 3 right now are Body Rock, Brave Honest Beautiful and Top Down (although I can't decide in which order).
The rest of my upper half is currently Suga Mama, Going Nowhere, We Know and Sledgehammer (this keeps switching a lot though)
The only song I'm really not feeling is Reflection - fuck Julian for ruining a perfect song with his horrible production
I am writing down my first listen review, so this are not my final thoughts, just the thoughts I got while listening the tracks for the first time. Top Down love the instrumental of this one, not expected the saxophone in the back. Bo$$ I still cringe about the Michelle Obama name dropping, but it's still a bop. Sledgehammer grew to love this over the last weeks, I like that cute sound in the background, in the chorus. Worth It it's a good track, maybe lends a bit too much of the saxophone sound set by Talk Dirty and Problem but I still jam to it. This Is How We Roll this is lowkey Scream & Shout in the verses, which is cute, I am not sure about that chorus though. The bridge is hot. Everlasting Love I'm digging the sound of this, it's a cute album track Like Mariah it's cute, but I feel it could have been better. Them Girls Be Like hated by loads of people, but I actually really like it Reflection the last weeks I began to get more into them and this is one of the tracks I anticipated. I like what I hear, but I am still a bit too used to that video I saw from the EMAs Suga Mama I am not sure yet what to make out of this yet. We Know I like the track, but the production is confusing me. It seems the song could have been a tad slower in tempo and could have used just their harmonies and probably the fingersnaps in the background, idk what it is yet, but something is off to me.
Going Nowhere really digging the instrumental of this. Body Rock it's cool. Reminds me of Harmony's productions on Michelle Williams' album a bit. Brave Honest Beautiful the intro gives me Bootylicious DC3 tease. Not feeling Meghan to be featured. She doesn't add something that was really needed, one of the girls also could have took care of that part. The name dropping is also cringy on this.
Overall It's a nice effort, that has it's off moments for me at this point, but as debut effort it's good enough. I hope the girls develop this sound better and try to make it their own. They have enough potential to make it happen. I would like them to work with Harmony Samuels n a slower track in the future. Beside Harmony, I would love them to get Rico Love, Darkchild, T-Minus, Danja and Boi-1da involved. I am most likely buying this on Friday when it's out and I hope to see them grow to the next level.
