They should announce release a story trailer (probably getting it around March knowing these clowns..).
Getting 2 new characters this week is good. Glad they understand the necessity for new info. Also Ed's responses are always taken as a grain of salt from me. THe bow pic isn't fueling any rumors for me for any characters. I hope it's a new character or a post-MK3 character revamped.

I personally love the comics. I love the MK world and these offer more incite than ever before. For example even though Kotal only had like 6 lines in this issue he showed more personality than Shau Khan, he isn't exactly evil. Know i'm excited to play as him!
The comics are also introducing alot of new characters.
They are also helping set up the story, if you've been readying you'll notice that the daggers are a part of it. They also aren't going to reveal everything in the first 4 issues, we have like 3 months till the game.
I hope the full version gets uploaded some time
