arctic monkeys definitely won me over with AM. i've probably heard that fka twigs song but it's hard to discern different ones apart when you listen to her albums
LOVE Arctic Monkeys, you're right that they are super cool. Has anyone made a Gif of Alex Turner with sunglasses falling down to his head and it saying "DEAL WITH IT?" I feel like that it something that should exist. That Jungle song is really cool, any song that starts with a siren is indeed badass. Like Sloan's "Money City Maniacs"! Interpol is great, and "Unbelievers" is such an amazing song. I really underrated that album in 2013, so it sounds like we both really came to appreciate in 2014. Oh well, better late than never! So happy that Faith No More are back, and "Mother****er" is really mother****ing awesome /iapologize. Fans who don't like it are ridiculous! I also love "We Exist."
Also, O's Spencer McGee and the Talking Chimpanzee reference is A+!! Prime Late Shoe days haha!
Hello, Red thread! Let's see what we've got here. Arctic Monkeys, great. FKA twigs, represent! Great to see her on the YECA. I'm with O on DFA, I thought we were all on that train in 2005! But the best thing here is "Afterlife", a song of songs, a wonder of a creation. Can't wait to see what's next.
The Epilogue is amazing! One of the few alternative songs I liked this year
Jungle my favorite is Time, but Busy Earnin' is amazing too.

WYOCMYH? is still a brilliant song ad the video is still funny. The Epilogue is epic. Man, I need to put it on my playlist for recurrent love since I failed to give it current love. Let me listen to that Jungle. I seen them in a bunch of Best ofs. Busy Earnin' is nice jam to get into. Mind Over Matter is a good one and I felt something good with that one. Glad you're on the Young the Giant boat. Afterlife is THE music life and it is love. My music love. Also Arcade Fire doing a better job on their dance pop than Gaga with her EDM pop. Not a TOAD fan, huh? I do like Drown, but I wasn't into it. Different strokes for different people. Interpol are all the rage back home. Not really, but this song get me going. It's crazy. Unbelievers is one of my favorite songs from the album along with Hannah Hunt and Step. Let them listen to Volbeat since I didn't pay attention to them at all.
Doc Holiday is a good rocking song esp. with a good intro. You nail it on the spot with Volbeat's musical style. I do like High Road and the Motherload also. Okay, let me listen to this brand new Faith No More and let's see how I feel. Motherf**ker sounds weird, but it's not bad. Kinda of a funny song. "Get the motherf**er on the phone, the phone" is a hilarious line. The song is decent enough and I think it gets better with replay. We Exist is groovy and haunting and that what makes it good for itself. The chorus does get in your mind and can't deny how good it was. Reflekctor is still on its own league, but We Exist is good of a listening experience. The song's sound is more expressed in the video. Trainwreck 1979 is nice and Wait for Me is really good. One of the best moments from the album.
I was hoping it would've been the first time I have seen Red complete a Best of. Man, hope he can find the time to update before it's over or I guess I got to wait until he does this in his blog. Well, hope I finish my countdown soon. I slip up and delay myself.
