Because it was shown that someone was getting married in the preview? And the only main male character with hands that is still alive, is Dandy. And who else would he marry? The Twins.

Now I'm predicting that Dandy is gonna die on stage during his debut performance, so the twins are going to inherit the Freak Show, and live happily ever after with Jimmy.

But probs not after Dandy kills every freak other than the twins and Desi. Or Twisty and Modrake will just come for him, if we're wrong about them coming for Elsa. Dandy's child ass would perform on Halloween and none of the freaks would tell him otherwise.
