it's fair to say that for sure but if there's not going to be set guidelines on what qualifies as a certain violation how can you all in fairness impose the often rigid response when it comes to warning point appeals?
If you look at the reports at the end of every month the percentage of warning points that are not reversed (but appealed) vs the points given is quite alarming for a site with no set definitions of violations.
A lot of feedback comes through to HQ from members genuinely feeling dissapointed that their warning points were not reversed. - The mods have been here for a long time, they know when someone is being genuine and when someone is simply trying to get out of a point.
My solution to your comment would be a more empathetic approach to appeals.
Anyways, that's all irrelevant. It's just how I feel. For the most part the site is enjoyable and the mods do a great job but make no mistake that's where the bias claims come from. They mistake moderating style for bias.
