Well guys, now that Yvess has joined the ranks of borntodie, Adr, & -brian; this season's game is heading to a close. It's been a great four months of gameplay and the fact that I have barely noticed the extent of length this season has been says a lot about how enjoyable this season was. I have a couple things to say as it's my duty as a host, but feel free to congratulate Yvess as well as Superiore/DOMINO on their placements beyond this post. This is just to tie up any loose ends to the season.
To All Contestants:
Whether you placed 24th or 1st, I want to thank each and every one of you for obliging so well to the rules of the game. This was one of two seasons where there were few to no problems with following directions, sending entries/votes on time, and not getting banned (except you, Bey_Rih!) or dropping out for stupid reasons. I just wanted to thank you all for that and hopefully I hosted this game well in your opinions. I wasn't perfect but I did my best and I really hope that shined through any mistakes I made.
To The Panel:
You guys really don't get enough credit for what you do. You guys judge large portions of entries in a matter of a day or two which is just great so I wanted to thank you all for being such consistent judges throughout this season. Other panels would have made this game take more than 8 months and we managed to do it in 4 which is awesome. Once again, thanks for coming back to judge with me!
Survivor V?:
I can confirm that a fifth season of Survivor will be available summer of 2015. It takes a lot of work to run a game on ATRL especially when you do it just for fun. I think all hosts of games can agree that there's always one point during each season where you're wondering why you do this, but I'm constantly reminded by all the great people of the games section why I do this. It's fun and I do gain friendships even if they are just internet based. So if you're a former contestant ready to take another shot or a fresh member who has never taken part, you'll have your shot this summer.
