WW1 and WW2 created much more destruction on this planet than any religion. And those wars had nothing to do with religion.

Race and sexuality are not chosen attributes, religion is. Religion is an idea. ALL ideas should be subject to criticism, that in itself is the basis of critical thinking. To call some islamophobic because they criticize the validity of Islam is stupid.

Religion is a MAN made construct just like pancakes, toilets, and political parties.
While racial and sexual lines are man made, the color of ones skin and the preferences one has in the bedroom are natural and God given.

Oh man, you CANNOT be serious. religion is "man made" yet you're using the excuse as those two things being God given?

Anyway, to your other post: Islam IS still a much newer religion compared Christianity and Judaism. Those two religions have had their fairly shared acts of extremism in the past when they were around Islam's age.

God is not confined to a religion religion is the man made worship of God. God himself, if he exists, is an entity of nature. The fact that this confuses the religious says it all

Edit: Islam is only 500-600 years younger out of two thousand years and the majority of these jihadists committing these acts lived in modern society. You act like they stormed out of a cave in Tajikstan

I truly have a hard time understanding it. Truly. Because the same people who will call you a bigot for critiquing some of their beliefs are the same people who will read the **** out of some "Christian values". And rightfully so!! I feel like so many people are just paralysed with the fear of being called a bigot ,and the stigma of that, so they don't speak up about issues they would 100% call out in secular groups.
