Yes, the exact same thread.
Not when they want to go in on Andrew Macpherson. That man is the smartest person I ever came across. I talked to him a couple times on Facebook. Arguing over the price of the book is totally understandable if you compare other photography books. I doubt Andrew had any say in how much he wanted the book to sell. That's just how the book turned out to be with all the printing and stuff. The ones that really are to blame are Bravado for putting out shabby books with bad quality and high prices.
