Well, the entire point of her as an artist was to combine that kind of goth/industrial sound with a dance/pop sound, thus creating pop music that stands apart from the ****loads of other useless generic pop music.
Where she went wrong was going full pop on songs like OWA and Rich Boi. Those songs are 1000% disposable, and it's really sad that even after she was forced to make them in the hopes of the label having something mainstream they could promote, they still didn't promote her.
And tbh, sweetie, if you don't like the screaming, you can move right on along to the next bland bubblegum pop star. SMH at people who's musical taste doesn't already include actual rock artists who do way more screaming.
