That's true, but this isn't going to hurt "Outside" in the US. I mean, "Outside" is still going to be released there, while "Pray to God" will be the released where the other already peaked, which it's in Oceania and some European countries, including the UK.
This is something similar when Calvin released some songs overseas and they weren't released in the US because another one was sent. Having said that, I'm not saying that this will not be a single in the US. It's too soon to think of that.
