It just means that the max. amount of points you can get from the length of an article is at 500 words, even if you can do more

What? 
I wrote quadruple the amount of that number and I still got the same as every one else? that's not fair, I included every bit of detail.

Miley also revealed that Nikole finds some jealousy building inside her which makes her build an army to ruin Elsa and Elsa's reputation. Miley also revealed she also joins Elsa on stage for a 1940's-efied version of D.U.I, her latest single from her yet to be announced fifth studio album. (the season’s version of the song will be available once the episode airs on January 7, 2015).

I hope creativity is a huge factor in this because if not, I really don't know how to play this game.

I will break it down for you in the PMs detail by detail how you could improve your chart positions after the charts later tonight, because I see that you're putting a lot of effort in your articles and I see that you're working a lot and you deserve more than you get.

The game is about doing multiple things. Just because you do 1 aspect a lot doesn't mean you're gonna go #1.
& literally everyone else wrote huge articles at one point and did some regular sized ones. There still wouldn't really be a difference if length really did matter like that. + as Carlos said, everyone decided to write like that. Length caps exist so people don't feel the need to sit and write 5,000 words in an article.

Well Egle said he'll explain to you, but IMO sis it's your choice to do more etc. no one would push you to even reach that 500 words limit it's just a personal choice. He is clarifying that you just need o do at least 500 words to get those extra bonus points. Creativity of the article (aka how big it is, how innovative etc.) certainly plays a big role imo cause you can't compare a simple performance to a huge promotional campaign on billboards etc. for example, but again, it's all up to Egle to decide how he'll do he's formula.

It's not about length in word count only, it's about the huge amount in detail that's in the length. I did invest a lot of work in those articles.
