It only works once, maybe twice before it's old news. Even now everyone will already be like 'you're copying Beyoncé!!!!1!!!1!!" Well, besides us. We'll be dead.
I really don't want her to surprise release the album. So many will be saying she's copying Beyoncé and it wouldn't be such an original idea. Maybe surprise release the single at the Grammys or something like that would be cool.
And I never believed that xrayed person. Figured they were just a troll. Still do.
And beyond that, she and the industry need longevity with this album. If Beyoncé's release showed anything, it's that putting the album out that way will create craze and then relative flop.
A smart move would be to show up at the Grammys and premiere the lead single. Release it at midnight after the show. God knows what she'll do anymore, though...
Put a month or so in between to start promo to get her back into the public a bit, show up on the shows that we talked about. Do a normal release in March. The please God tour it...

It's so frustrating that we have no idea what the new album will sound like. Apparently, it's "different from 21" but that could mean anything. I would love to have a lot of soft rock sounds and Adele belting out with all her might.
