The only reason Katy has a lot of followers is that when you make a new twitter acc it forces you to follow at least 5 (or 10 idr) accs & one of them is her. (PAYOLA!!1!) This perfectly explains why literally every other relevant artist gets more retweets & favorites than her despite her being the most followed acc.
