Doing the acceptance speech from her childhood would be really cool.
But I'd like for her to, now that she's finally won the most prestigious award and she's worked so hard, just be badass about it ala Alanis in 1996. That'd be hilarious. "Awards aren't important, there's room for everyone" or something like that. Goes well with the whole theme of Pretty Hurts and the BTS footage she released when the album came out.
