Her kids weren't in danger. Again, she had a nanny to watch over them while she was gone. Her main issue was that she was out almost every night partying like a college sorority girl, not that she posed a threat to anyone aside from the vile paparazzi. How do you know this? The court knows what went on when there were no cameras around, hence her being forced to give them up.
