By stupid, I didn't mean grammar or education wise. I meant like literal mental retardation. So mentally inept that she can't be held accountable for her actions because we're not even sure if she comprehends the severity of said actions in the first place. Hence why, instead of being sent to jail like any other mentally capable person would have, she was sent to a mental institution.
Which also explains why she is still allowed around her kids but also is not allowed full custody of them. She can't be held entirely accountable for her abuse since she is retarded. The same reason why Amanda Bynes wasn't throwin in jail for literal arson and starting a fire on a strangers property. Do you understand now?
