most of the music I listen to, aside from artists that are already taken, are really old people, like Phil Collins and Elvis. Like, I was going to go with JC Chasez, but I was worried that choosing such a flop would effect me negatively throughout the entire game. I don't want to pick someone just because they are popular, though- I'd actually like to have artists that I follow and would know what promo spots/tours they'd actually do.
I was thinking of a country label. Start with a big name, like Kenny Chesney, and then sign a smaller artist once I get a handle on things.
