Right. Like if she came up off some OG Angela Davis black militant sh*t from the beginning it would be believable but she did not. People need to really think about what Azealia needs in 2014. BLACK PEOPLE. URBAN RADIO.
Azealia is a unique case as a black artist-because she actually is trying to crossover to black people (and I can't believe people don't see this), She was a hipster d*ckrider in the beginning because it was the whites who showed her love and she reciprocated that...till they dropped her.
So now.. she's trying to make a name for herself with black people and using Iggy and recent racial flareups as her channel to do that. And it's crazy because even after all this drama, I've never heard an Azealia song on urban radio. She's showing as much love as she can to black people with barely a return.It's very strange and unlike anything I've ever seen with an artist before.
