BR was released in 2009 so most of the views are from this decade.
Let's face it Bad Romance hit 150M views in 2010, and it was the most watched video on the WHOLE internet. Back than streaming wasn't as big so those views were HUGE! The fact that the song got over 500M views THIS decade speaks for itself.

2011 - 300M views
2011 - 400M views
2012 - 500M views
2014 - 600M views
