She's not sick that's for sure. She chose not to promote.
She canceled letterman, then BBC radio 1 live lounge and they rearranged the date (probs her management)
She canceled it again. She also canceled that virgin radio interview/performance twice as well which led to them banning her from their playlist
so...
WE could have had another live lounge moment
Such a shame. I'm glad it hasn't hindered her interest in music, and also that she's still close with Emile Haynie. There will always be the option to make another album with him, even though she probably likes to explore new sounds all the time.
didn't you just say most dont care about the lyrics? Blank Space's backbone is in the lyrics and the subject matter in regards to the media critique. when was the last time a song with any kinda of lyrical depth and minimal production smashed world wide?
Royals literally one year ago? All About that Bass not even six months ago?
Edit: And Blank Space is an uptempo song with a catchy lyric structure and repetition. You are overstating the importance of lyrics to that song.
What are her chances at getting nominated for Oscars? I'm sure she loves when she gets recognition from the film industry, she is capable of doing so many great things for soundtracks and storyboarding, etc.
Blowing bubbles out in the grass
All tangled in the stars, getting faded in the back seat
You can be hanging with us
We used to walk around the bad streets, swimming pools with no heat
**** a dream, I want it for real
Always make it look so easy, move in to the city
Take a little sip of surreal
We're much more than nothing, yeah, we're all just trying to be who we feel
Throwing cake up in the air, we don't care, no
Surfing on a silver wave, wanna let go
We're so bored of being here, we don't care, no
I wanna run, be wild and free, and with my friends standing next to me
