No Spotify is really hurting her singles. I remember SIO plummeting from #5 to #20 on the Dutch Top 40 after she removed it. So that kills Scandinavia and Italy as well.
I always thought the frog rain scene in "Magnolia" was fantasy but apparently it's a real phenomenon If I ever witnessed that I would think the world was coming to an end
I don't see Style being as big as people say it will be. Super scrubbed clean pop tracks like that tend not to last very long. Shake It Off was the lead, so it was bound to smash no matter what, and it had some horns and White girl rapping to break it up a little bit, but Style is by-the-numbers, corporate manufactured pop.
Shake it Off is such a ripoff off Avril's TBDT. It even has a white girl rap break and everything. Avril really needs to sue her before she rips off her whole discography.

I think the lyrics is what makes the song. It's also very moody and the perfect combination of that iconic imagery of romance and the current trend of music.
