It sounds like the song is about how the fame and money were never promised but she worked to make her dreams come true.
The video could be like 'The Monster' with her going trough darker periods and at the end of the video she escapes from it (the running) and then at the end we see her enjoying the fame (the part where shes crowdsurfing)
Kinda like a 'Started from the bottom' type of songs
