I thought the same. But at least in the FF era we got good music and real vocals.

The sales get worse each time too. Especially since she doesn't traditionally promote. I will not say doesn't promote since she did 6,503,918 interviews for BJ.

I literally think I was predicting like 300k+ first week, even close to 400k. IDK I guess since I thought the Circus release worked out so well, this one would too. I remember LEM saying how drastically her star power declined following FF and I thought he was exaggerating, but he was totally right... oh well.

I remember also being very disappointed with the prospect of a Gold album instead of Platinum...had I known I would of taken the Gold in a heartbeat!

It's kind of a relief, though. I don't have to have each album from this point forward meet my formerly high expectations (commercially). Now I can focus on the music

Second of all, we got tons of interviews about it. She talked about the album in every one. And why didn't she talk about it a lot? Well sparky, I'll tell you why. Because the album sucked. It was a rushed piece of **** album. What else was there to talk about?

Britney: Well, when I sat down to write "It Should Be Easy," I thought of the struggling heartbreak the victims of Ebola faced. When writing the song, I used the following chords to symbolize my sadness with love.

Everything was autotuned. Listen closely. Even if the songs that show her "strong vocals" are autotuned. The vocals sucked and the sad thing is she talked about the album to death in interviews, but there was nothing to say. Because it was a horrible thing to bring into the world. She might as well have given birth to the antichrist.

Maybe you also need to educate yourself on what Autotune is. Or maybe just listen to most of FF, which's production is headache worthy. FF had many non Britney vocals as well. BJ is a mess but at least she sounds human in most of it.

FF was a huge mess. Down to the body doubles used on the videos.

Femme Fatale was definitely a mess. I liked a few songs but it was mostly awful. There's nothing wrong with those kinds of vocals because there was some of that in BlackOut and to me that was her best album but Femme Fatale had way too much.

real ROBOTIC highly PROCESSED vocals? Yeah, indeed. In terms of vocal production BJ was better (when the vocals were, well, Britney's ) than FF.

FF is her best album. BJ was such a step down. And the processed vocals worked with FF's songs. Her distinct voice still shined through. The whole album feels like an escape. It's weird in a good way.
