From my understanding, The Commons, although open to anyone, mainly consist of CRPs and ICPs rarely ever go to The Commons.
Yeah, but Vista is so old and lots of party people go there. There probably aren't any beds because the floors would collapse under all the weight.
What was your personal experience with the difference between the four complexes? I've heard people say they never had an issue with Vista, and other that had to get a transfer after a few days because it was to chaotic. I know it depends mostly on who you're rooming with, but you can get a pretty general idea of the areas, right?
