Well, as an American I can affirm that I fully understand the song but it sucks anyways .... big time !! Mostly because of its lyrics .
The melody is actually great and its performance on the Confessions Tour rocks as well tho .

Snippets are different from a full song though.

I remember when we had the full demo tracks of The Fame Monster weeks before it was released. Same with Burqua/Aura.
