I don't really know about that TBH.
4 didnd't sell as much as IASF, but it still did considerably well in advancing Bey's career. The promo spots were on point, and RTW is arguable as big as known as SL/Halo in the US.
It may have been an under performance but it did amazing things for Beyoncé, scored her a spot at the Superbowl & a super successful tour.
If I played that a party people would probably stop dancing/be confused/ask to play a different Beyonce song that people actually like/is good
