it's a very cheap song all things considering... Katy wrote the song in the same writing session as 'Dark Horse' and the songs have almost identical melodies in the chorus, Ariana's vocals sound tacked on (they were) and are almost phased out during certain parts of the song (can't tell if it's Katy or someone else but it's not Ari)
all of that aside, it's still a bop and a half, and you WILL get your life if it were to ever come on at a club, don't front
It does serve Black widow/Dark horse but it's the top 40 single of the era...in my opinion.
and obviously the one that will be getting pushed on Top 40.
