God, no matter what had happened tonight, the haters would have found some way to drag Gaga. Here, she's getting dragged for only getting one nomination (when she really deserved two with DWUW, but I digress ) while Katy has a whopping two nominations and is getting absolutely no flak whatsoever.

If, by some miracle, Gaga had managed to snag a nomination for everything she submitted, ATRL would use the extraordinarily messy nominations in the rest of the categories to somehow blame Gaga for causing the most pathetic Grammy nomination line-up in recent history (which it is, but still). We really just can't ****ing win with these people.

I'd be inclined to agree that ARTPOP did not deserve a nomination for BPVA if the nominations weren't horrid. To say PRISM and BANGERZ deserved it over ARTPOP simply makes no sense. There's no foundation on which to base that argument. The nominations came down to the simple fact that PRISM and BANGERZ were "bigger", not better.

Katy was the only major artist snubbed tonight. She's the one who just came off a couple of massive singles and a massive era only to score two nominations. Meanwhile, Gaga's jazz album scored one nomination.

My advice is to ONLY nominate her in those respective categories, as you may choose UP TO five but there is no minimum requirement. This will boost her chances of having many nominations, and potentially even several nominations in certain categories. It would be great if we could pull off three whole nominations in Record of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance.
