That's stupid cause they're releasing it on bigger countries such as Germany, NZ and Ireland on 15th (so not a full first week), when albums are usually released on Fridays there.
edit: I checked Belgium iTunes and it says Dec 15th as well

Yeah, I hope she uploads SNL performances to Vevo. Would be nice if she uploaded all album tracks like Born This Way has but she probably won't.
