Yes, the album is cool, don't get me wrong, but she has cooler. Also some songs are very dated.

Yeah I honestly think, if the demos are anything to go on, she'll really strike a chord with M13. On the hearts of her fans, the minds of the public, and on the position on the charts. I see a top 10 (not necessarily with RH or WAOM, but maybe with another song or two) and the album should definitely open well.

I'm not hoping for too much commercially - her WW numbers should be decent enough, but she'll struggle on the singles charts and for longevity on the albums charts (especially in the US).

That being said, I'm so here for a Confessions-style Renaissance.

Can someone recommend Madonna's top 5 songs that don't sound dated like Express Yourself?

Something more akin to Frozen for example? I really want to get into her but stupid bandwidth limits and TWELVE albums is a no-no.

EDIT: Also, nothing from MDNA. 1 noisy album (ARTPOP) is my limit.

Well her older songs all sound kinda dated, cause they have that signature sound that was in in that time.

I'd not mind if the demos of RH and WAOM were the real versions, I love her voice on it, I don't understand people saying she's bored or lifeless on 'em, I actually love the way she sings both RH would serve great as the lead or as album title

Confessions on a Dancefloor is heavenly ROL is her best album so have a nice listen Music from 2000 shouldn't sound much dated to you I think...
