I don't understand why some people call it a 'Teenage Dream' leftover though, I don't think Katy would even dare to touch this imo.

The deluxe edition wont come until later in 2015. In Australia they use deluxe editions as reissues, for example Australian singer Jessica Mauboy has released all her albums deluxe eiditons almost one year after it was first released, and in a way its used as a reissue/re-release.
