I've only unlocked Falco, Lucina, and Duck Hunt Dog so far. I've just been battling so much that I haven't explored All Star Mode or Smash Tour.

I haven't played in a couple days; but I only have about 10 challenges left. Gonna try to grind some of them tonight hopefully.
