It's not official, they're estimations by a random user. Britney Jean was at 246K back in April according to Soundscan, no way it's only at 240K.

TSC is a catalogue of her biggest songs, plus it had 3 to promote it and she was coming off the huge Circus era. Plus it's a better catalogue seller than BJ will ever be I wouldn't hold my breath on BJ reaching 1M WW in my life time
